In most cases where stock is available, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days of being received. An email notification will be sent to you providing you with a unique tracking number. 

If you have pre-ordered a handmade garment or artwork, please allow extra time for the completion of your ZAROYKO piece. Production times vary but we will keep you updated on the progress of all custom orders.

We kindly ask you to provide clear and correct shipping information as ZAROYKO cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

ZAROYKO is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies. ZAROYKO will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as signed & delivered by Australia Post or Courier.
